Welcome to the Back Alley Bakery. We are bread people, and you can tell by the hard work we have put into making each loaf perfect. From milling our grains to growing our sourdough starter, we strive to create fresh and wholesome bread.
We also offer lunch Monday through Saturday from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm in a unique dining area. It is our goal to ensure our patrons experience the local flavors that Hastings, Nebraska has to offer. Be sure to stop in on Thursday from 5:00pm to 7:00pm to try one of our artisan pizzas from our wood fired oven.
